dh-sd59225u-hni freeze on auto tracking

I just config dh-sd59225u-hni and make some presets,my ptz working in tour and also auto tracking is enabled,after some MD my camera freeze picture.

Try to make a hard reset on the camera press the reset button for 5-7 seconds and then can be reset, and set up again the IVS.
