DMSS app requires EXACTLY 24 hour login out and back in to get push notifications working. One minute later and nothing comes through again.
Works for exactly another 24 hours once I re-log in.
I have my Dahua DB61-CAN with DMSS for about 2 years now.
Couple of months ago stopped getting notifications, though if I open the app I see all the alarms there. Ring doesn't come through either when this happens.
Now I have an alarm reminder on the phone to log out every day at same time and back in.
This seem to work but it's getting very annoying.
I'm using an android phone (Pixel 8)
Is there something that I can do to get around this issue?
