Sadly I'm not in a place to test right now. But if I have the Blue Iris app on my iPhone, and I'm at home on my local network, and I have zero internet, do the notifications still work?

I currently use Pushbullet and E-Mails for people detection, and I'm trying to figure out a way to make it work without internet just incase

Just tested by turning off Internet and triggering cams... Nope. Don't even get them delayed later after restoring the connection.

Didn't think that it would since it needs to get to an APN server to do the push. Looks like it is possible to do local push but the BI server/app don't. You'll see this in kind of a different way if you've not upgraded BI and the existing Apple certificate expires. No more notifications without current validation against the server.
