Hi, last week I bought 2 cameras 2CD2032-i. The motion detection is great, only at night it turns on really too much. I was looking for the "day/night switch", but when I look at "picture settings", the button "advanced settings" is grey, and I can't click on it.... Someone knows what I'm doing wrong?

By the way, I have a Mac...

You are accessing the camera's settings through your browser & are looking under Events/Motion Detection tab?

It seems a little different as your version... Here's what I see in my browser:

And this is wat I see in the ivms-4200 program:

Confusing, isn't it? 3 different ways to access the camera & none of them consistent.
You look to be accessing the camera through the NVR's browser interface.
Try putting the individual camera's IP in place of the NVR's IP in the url.

I just tried, but when I type the camera's ip address in the browser, i don't see anything... He says the server doesn't react.

I am not sure what "server doesn't react" means, does a page display?
The page may display but not get all the information, sometimes I have to refresh the page 2-3 times.
Is your computer on the same subnet as your camera (192.168.1.*)?

No, I don't get a page. Can I change the IP address of the camera's? Because it's 192.168.254.*

SADP is only for Windows. I only have the iVMS-4200 program on my computer.

I tried changing the IP address of my computer, but I can only choose between 192.168.0.* and 192.168.1.*

Let's see if we can get some help here from people more experienced than me.

Sarah, have you tried using IVMS-4200 remote config?
Device management/Server tab, click on camera to change (highlight), remote configuration button.
I'm not sure how your network is set up but this may get you there.
It may need a loop back connection from your NVR's POE port to your network switch.

Try connecting a patch cable from your NVR's POE port to your network switch to create a loop back.
