DS-2CD2045FWD-I or DS-2CD2085FWD-I

I'm replacing an old DS-2CD2032-I 3MP which is still working fine but giving some older stuff to my kid to get him started.

The 2045 is 4MP 0.014 lux @ (f/1.6, AGC on) and the 2085 is 8MP and 0.027 lux @(F2.0, AGC ON).
Both are same price at bhphoto.
I'm inclined to go the 2045 but looking for any opinions.

edit: mistook the 8mp for another version.

4mp or lower is better for low light, it says it has dark fighter. I guess its your preference whether you want better day (8mp) or night images.

I have the 2025 which is 2MP and it is a great camera for the money. Here is a night shot.
