DS-2CD2132-I not working with new TL-SG1005P

Adding a few cam and wanted to get off of the stand alone POE units

My cam is
DS-2CD2132-I
V5.0.2 130805

Ran a new 50 foot Cat 5 cable same issue no link light no camera on the TP link switch
works fine off of a Amcrest injector or the one im using now I got it off ebay

The Amcrest is rated as the same as the TP link switch per port. This cam is the only thing I had on the switch. Just for fun i put one of the new
IPC-HDW5231R-ZE it worked fine

also I think this cam was a Chinese cam, I cant upgrade the firmware on it DS-2CD2132-I
IS there a way to do that as well?
