DS-2CD3145F-IS Nas and micro SD problem Firmware

hi well i get two DS-2CD3145F-IS from the same seller to use with a Thecus N2350 NAS server.

but these cameras won't record on the Micro SD card , and just one, the one with the oldest firmware can record on NAS using SMB/CIFS

This one doesn't record at all

Can i backup a camera firmware ? to use on another one?



Both cameras mount the Nas drive on NFS and SMB but just one Write. if i use the same drive on the one with the problem, i can play the videos but the cam just don't record and all..
