I have a DS-2DE4220IW-DE and yes, it will tilt upwards by 15 degrees. The spec of the 4225 is listed as the same...so I would say yes, it will tilt 15 degrees upwards...But someone else can hopefully confirm 100%...

    From specs of both cameras...

Movement range (tilt) From -15°to 90°(auto-flip)

Ah ok, sorry, my bad...not paying attention :)

Ok, so that is a non IR dome then...yeah, no idea, sorry! I would sort of doubt it by the actual look of where the lens is positioned, but not very scientific reasoning...hopefully someone else with a non IR dome can advise.

And yes, fwiw, I have also found several inconsistencies with Hikvision specs across a range of different cameras and websites, so they cannot be relied upon 100%.
