DS-7216HQHI-F2 DVR reset to factory after every reboot.

I have this HikVision DVR DS-7216HQHI-F2 from about 1 year and never had any problems with it. Last week after i did a reboot the DVR was reseted to factory settings, i made the settings back and after new reboot same thing, after every reboot/power off dvr reset to factory settings.
Does anyone had similar problem and solved? Please help if u know whats the problem.

PS: I replaced the MB battery with new one and restored to factory from menu and same thing...
