DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P firmware issues and functionality

Have some strange issues with above model.

I can only see two of my 5 hikvision cameras in live view and playback via web interface.
However all cameras are visible and work fine via IVMS app on android phone.

Tried to upgrade to latest firmware gives an error when using this

any pointers most appreciated thanks

That's the wrong firmware for your NVR.
You need to look here : DOWNLOAD PORTAL

Is this in multi-view, or single view?
What happens when you select the substream?
What model of cameras are they?
What codec have you enabled on the cameras?

I have DS-7608NI-K2/8P NVR firmware version is V3.4.80 build 160781
i want to upgrade my NVR firmware please someone tell me right firmware to download .i don't want to screw up my NVR.

I believe this is for your model, assuming it's not a China region NVR.
