Hello,

I'm planning to install a DSC Power Serie alarm (PC1832) and I'd like to use a fingerprint reader to activate/deactivate the system.
I can't find any info on the subject, do you know if it's possible to natively associate a fingerprint reader with the DSC?

Thanks in advance

Support for the DSC PC1832 has ended, it's been discontinued. Not sure I'd recommend it at this point, the DSC Power Series Neo and Qolsys IQ Pro are the direct replacements.
None of those are well suited to using a fingerprint to activate / deactivate, though it may be possible using crude keyswitch arming/disarming (but why bother). Some do have keypads that support mini proximity cards.

If a fingerprint reader is the priority, you're looking more for an access control system paired with a biometric reader that supports wiegand or osdp. Some access control systems can function more like a traditional alarm system.
For example: Protege WX | ICT - Integrated Control Technology
