NVR region or language aside - the EN or ML firmware choice depends on whether you want just English or Multilanguage menus.

NVR SN has CCRR in it not CCWR

CCRR can still be a China region device. My 7816 NVRs are China region and have RR in the serial number.
It can be quite hard to tell for sure what the hardware signature block holds.
One of the best indications is the '-NI' suffix in your model number. That suggests 'International'.

If your previous NVR firmware didn't have it - check out the 'Forgot password' link on the web GUI login page.
A good feature - worth taking a few minutes to complete those Security Q&As.

UPDATE 95% fine so far HARD DRIVE ARE IN REPAIR well 1 only at this time then it jumped to the other seems like it's updating the file system
does not look like i lost any footage
