Enable motion events in the playback timeline

Hi all,

I've got a Hikvision DS-2CD2335F-IS camera with v5.4.20 build 160726 firmware. And although the motion detection is enabled in playback mode I can't see the motion event in timeline. The camera records to a MicroSD card. Can someone help me with this one? Thank you.

i have a hik nvr, so dont record on the cam, but i had my NVR gui open when i saw this message

have u set the arming schedule,

set the linkage method, eg tick notify surveillance centre

and under storage, set how it records
