Figured out how to make BI UI3 default to "0"

Just in case others want UI3 to remain open:

Edited the java script to set the default UI3 timeout to zero. Just have to save a copy to replace the versions that get included with updates. Maybe I am the only one, but it seems to me this should be the default setting.

Hi. I'm the UI3 developer. If you want to change any default setting, there is a much better method than editing ui3.js directly every time you update Blue Iris. See the "Quick Start" section here: UI3 Help

I think most people who have encountered the idle timeout understand why it is enabled by default. It basically can't do its job if it isn't enabled by default.
