Welcome to the forum, what type of camera is that? Have you tried rebooting the camera and software?

Hey, what is the model of the camera causing the issue? is it an IP camera or an analog camera and you are using a Card with ispy?

Just to clarify, the camera was working fine and then started showing this poor image?
Also are you running it wifi or wired?
