Foscam FI9803P not in color on BI

I have a new foscam FI9803P that shows good color with the foscam app but in BI it's B&W only. Any thoughts?

Welcome to the forum. That is very strange. Blue iris simply displays the stream its getting. Its possible that the mobile app is getting the subtream while blue iris is getting the main stream, but that still does not explain the b/w difference. What do you see if you use an internet browser to view the camera?

Fenderman, thanks for your quick response. I checked the web view and the camera app and both were in B&W. went to the camera settings through the phone app and the setting for IR has Off, On & Auto. Changing from On to Auto fixed the issue. Don't know why the computer app only offered Off & On for IR.

Blue iris offers auto.. You need to long press the ir light button..

I've got this same camera. Want to use it now with blue Iris put cannot get it to work.
It's says no signal. Http12029 cannot connect.
Does anyone have settings or how to get this cam setup in Blue Iris?
