Geofence Setup

I have my phone set up i think, and I get notifications coming and going on my phone precisely I should add. But, I have inhouse programming not being triggered, so I had the wife watch the Settings>Mobile Devices>My Phone's Geofence column: 'Inside'. I left the neighborhood, and got the notification on my phone, came back, and the wife said it never changed to 'Outside'. Ideas? It's an iPhone btw.

I sent an email to BI Help, but never got a response. about a week after shooting that email it started working. I have noticed BI is updated quite regularly, and maybe an update could be attributed to it's working. Or, maybe that screen I had my wife watch doesn't refresh automatically while viewed, and it was my external programming that was faulty. hard to say, but it's working now.
