If I was a Ghetto security guard, I would be in there too. Yea, that took some ingenuity plumbing that sink.

Love the cover on the electrical panel, too. At least the wiring looks like it's fairly well dressed.

The sink was on the other wall the last time I was there. The room was used as a laundry room/ toilet. That sink was used by the many homeless people as there personal toilet. This week they will probably remove it and put a desk in there for the guard. I have to set up a laptop for him so he can keep his eyes on the place between naps. than again, maybe they will just put a piece of plywood on the sink and tell him here is your desk!

The owner asked me to remove that phone block. once I gave him my quote I never heard back from him.

I glanced and assumed it was power but it is, indeed, telco. Amazingly neat for telco!
