Ghosting/Motion Blur in snapshots. . .

Noob here trying to figure out why my snapshots look so terrible. An example image can be seen below:



The camera is a HIKVISION DS-2CD2342WD-I. I have tried varying the exposure settings and have seen no improvement. The current setting can be seen below:



Does anyone have idea what I am doing wrong?

@phurious Welcome to the forum. That is coming from the camera itself. You likely have the noise reduction set too high...drop it to 50 percent.

Genius! That was it. I was not even aware I had made any changes to the noise reduction on the camera. Thank you very much!
