Going Camera configuration??

Well,

I've been struggling something severe trying to get my going camera up and running, I have the correct address although when I select any of the 3 going cameras I simply get nothing no image. It simply gives me an i/o error, I've inputted the correct username and password and I know the address is correct as when I click on it, it opens up a web page that connects to the camera requesting login. I just don't know what else to try.

Anyone set up a going camera and point me to the right direction?
Note: currently using NVScenter that came with the camera but want to use the blueiris software for it.

Welcome to the forum. Ensure that the media/RTSP port is correct.

Try setting it up as a generic h264/rtsp camera, using URLs from here: http://www.ispyconnect.com/man.aspx?n=Going

thanks, but it still doesn't work I've set the ip address exactly as it is in NVScenter adn the data port to the same in the Media/video/RTSP port and still nothing.

I've tried to set the RTSP manually in the video path and again nothing.

might give it a go as I have made no progress despite the helpful advice, so I do appreciate it.

try connecting to the RSTP URI with VLC Media Player; it will probably give you more detailed errors.

ie, open network.. enter rstp://iport/path/to/video and open
