Good PC price for BIue Iris??

Hi, I have been reading for a bit on how to build a system with blue iris. I think I've found a PC, but I could use some guidance on price and performance. I'd like to have approx 6-10 cams. Is this PC good for $380 on ebay?

I just got an HP ProDesk 600 G1 SFF with an Intel I7 4790 with 16GB RAM and a 256GB SSD for $360 on ebay. Even still has warranty left until late next year. I've been watching ebay for the last few weeks looking to grab something myself and if the one you're looking at has Windows 10 installed that is a decent price. The I5 6500 should handle what you're wanting to do fine. Make sure you're getting at least 8GB of RAM.
