Hello to everybody!

I am an IP-cam enthusiast willing to do a livestreaming of my city streetviews.
For now I have a one good stream (up'n'running over a month already) which works the ordinary way: FFMPEG on separate server grabs the RTSP stream from camera and forwards it up to YouTube.
Unfortunately, this method isn't the solution when it comes for streaming from friends homeplaces with other internet-providers, which do not grand inbound access and have a "grey" IP behind a NAT.
By a chance I found out that there is a possibility to do a direct RTMP streaming right from cam to a desired URL. I am very interested in such a feature, and would like to know more about it, but there is almost no info on the internet.
Found some models with this feature claimed, but the price ~$1K is far beyond my frugal personal enthusiastic pocket...

Is there anybody here to guide me on or share knowledge about direct camera streaming to RTMP URL subject?

Thanks for your attention! =)
