GW5737MIC keep cutting out

[My cameras need help]

I have 4 cameras running on blue iris for two years added a fifth but from a company called GW Security it seems it keeps cutting out. I am sure it is something in the cameras settings but can not figure it out. I have to unplug the camera from the switch and then go back into the settings once it’s back on and change the network gateway. For some reason it keeps dropping it. Any help would be appreciated. I went on GW site looking for firmware update but it is not laid out well and I can not find the right one for my camera.
New camera is GW5737MIC
I do not have my security computer connected to the web
