h.264 stream url

Hi All
I have searched through the forum for help on h.264 streams to wan destinations.
I am trying to send to 'ipcamlive.com' for streaming (I suffer from 'rural' broadband here in UK with poor speeds.)
I can connect and stream using:
http://'myserver':81/mjpg/OwlBox2/video.mjpg?user=*****&pw=******

But when trying:
http://'myserver':81/h264/OwlBox2/temp.m3u8?user=*****&pw=*****
or
http://'myserver':81/h264/OwlBox2/temp.h264?user=*****&pw=*****

a connection is made and BI shows it is serving frames, but nothing is visible. Only the m3u8 stream will play in VLC.
I have tried adjusting settings in 'Webserver' / 'Advanced' to no avail.

Do I have the stream urls correct or any suggestions where I'm going wrong.
