Are you able to use the re-encode to h.264/AAC using profile? Or the mp4 only one when you export video? I don't see h.265 as an option but the cameras I have now only do h.264 so is that why? I exported using the re-encode option and could not watch the video but mp4 only worked fine.

I was using the Direct-to-disk option for this Dahua camera outputting h.265 directly...only exported the part I wanted.
