Had the storage error.....that's fixed, however, no alerts are logging

I had to change the location of the storage directory for clips and records. Not getting the red storage issue anymore. However, Alerts are not logging. Since I have no alerts, I can view Alerts from my iPhone. Do I need to make a separate directory for Alerts?
