Having trouble using AXIS protocol on NVR

Hello all,

I am having trouble using the AXIS camera protocol on a Hikvision NVR (newest firmware)

I can get the axis camera to work using the ONVIF protocol, but since the camera is a fisheye, I need to capture the panoramic stream which is the second stream. If I try using stream/channel number 2 in camera configuration, it does not work.

here’s the current network setup:
AXIS Camera:
Camera User/pass: same as NVR
ONVIF user profile user/pass: same as NVR
camera IP: 10.1.1.13
Camera gateway: 10.1.1.1

NVR
10.0.1.50
PoE IP range: 10.1.1.1

Manual Add

Username: same as Axis ONVIF profile
Password: same as AXIS ONVIF profile

NVR Camera Setting (does not work)

Username: same as Axis Camera
Password: same as AXIS

I need stream 2 as stream 2 is the Pano view. I cannot under any circumstance get this AXIS protocol to work. Is it not supported? Am I doing something wrong? I feel the issue is with the NVR rather than within the camera
