Complete Newbie here.

I am looking for members expertise and advise on suitable camera options for the following:

Can be external alarm triggered to take a still JPEG. Video OK but not necessary.
Works well in low light conditions.
POE option.
External use - IP66 rated.
Approx 90deg view angle.
At least 50m.
Digital Defog.
Network capable - can dial in to see the stored image or send email JPEG.
Reasonable cost.
