I have a MeShare indoor/outdoor security camera system installed.
To set up feed to my phone a code was scanned in.
I access the feed through a phone app.
Is there a way to know how many devices the feed is being viewed on?
And is there a way to delete the current set up and reinstall to ensure I am the only recipient?

Welcome, I would suggest sending that system back for a refund. Then start studying here: Cliff Notes.
Avoid any security camera that depends on Wifi or the Cloud. They are NOT secure and will give you nothing but headaches.
To answer your question, I'd look on the Meshare website for how to reset.

MeShare = Zmodo = Funlux = one of the worst companies with deceptive selling practices.

Highly commend following @looney2ns recommendation and return that ASAP.

Numerous problems and issues associated with that company.

A couple of threads on the issue with them:
Zmodo / Funlux suck how they manipulate the game.
Avoid Zmodo / Funlux / Annke / Sannce simplified POE or sPoE systems.
