Hello All,

Im from Holland and im automating the house and garden with a Fibaro system and cams.
After installing some Foscams I bought one Dahua. bad choice now I needed all new cams for the quality.

So I ended up with:
Fibaro Home system 2
1x Doorbird Intercom
Synology SS for 6 cams
4x Fascam P9900I
3x Dahua Dahua SD52C430U-HNI
2x DH-SD59430U-HNI
3 tablets with Impery Home Pro to control the house

What I want:
A system where FB HC2 and the cams are integrated (Impery Home Pro)
1 or 2 Dahua cams programmed for auto tracking
1 Foscam build in a birdhouse (nature cam)
1 Dahua wild cam ( auto track and auto zoom. if possible)
other cams stationary for motion detection

What I want will not happen in Synology SS. So choice is or an dedicated NVR or a PC with Blue Iris.

Questions:
Is Auto tracking possible with Blue Iris?
Is my wish-list possible regarding to the cams?
What is the good pc for Blue Iris?
is it correct that I can link in the local network directly to cam feed in the Blue Iris web server?
can I record the date from the cams in Blue Iris on my Synology NAS ?

Kind Regards
Kees

Welcome kees

Recommend checking out the Blue Iris section for BI questions, and NVR and/or Dahua for NVR questions since you have Dahua cameras.

Hi Kees
any luck linking up the dahuas to the fibaro?
im struggling here and no luck :(
i dont know how the mjpg stream should be addressed in the fibaro menu, and also the IP adress, and port at the end of it? which port? TCP, UDP,HTTP, RTSP? sorry im a beginner with this stuff.
i set the substream to mjpg, so hopefully that is ok for the fibaro unit, but nothing is working and no stream coming through.
i use the dahua POE NVR for all cams.

i assume if its not a PTZ camera then no need to fill out the rest of the items move >top bottom left right and so on.
i just want a simple video stream :)

someone please help if you can.

thanks guys
