hello from georgia, I'm new here and I have some questions, fist sorry my bad english
we have hikvision nvr ds-7716ni-e4/16p with 16 poe hik cameras, Several days ago the problems started, Some cameras broke down, 10 worked at 6 no, or 8 worked at 8 no, can somewone help me?

I am not an nve expert. But power the NVR down for 5 minutes, then try powering back up.

How long has the NVR been working correctly with the current set up? What has changed recently ?

Is the NVR connected to the internet ?

Haw you tried powering off then on? I assume all cameras are plugged straight into nvr?

So the NVR is powered off 1/2 the day.

NVR worked for 1 year, nothing changed, problems started after suddenly shut down electrical energy In the whole office. No longer works.

Is the NVR connected to the internet ?

yes

Every camera is connected directly to the NVR and works with the poe.

NVR's should be plugged into a good Backup UPS, to prevent such occurrences.
