HI, i have a DS-2CD2432F-IW V5.1.6-140612.

The camera cannot be accessible at all, when plugged in, sadp doesn't find it and there is no ping at 192.0.0.64.

I've tried to connect with a dc power supply and poe, both ways nothing.

When I try to upgrade the system firmware, the tftp server pings with the camera but nothing happens, it gets stuck at testing tftp server.

Fireshark says that cannot find the firmware, even though I have tried every firmware 5.1.2, 5.1.6, 5.2.0, 5.2.3.

Is there anyway to fix this?? I think there is no hope anymore!

Thanks!

No, sadp was installed on a windows 7 and another pc with windows xp.
plug your pc and camera into the switch..nothing else no router nothing...try changing your pc ethernet cards ipv4 address to 192.0.0.1 which will allow you to access the camera at 192.0.0.64..make sure all other network adapters are disabled...
You may also have a bad camera but that is not likely.

Have you tried resetting the camera using the reset button on the back? I believe I read the correct way to reset the camera using that button somewhere on this forum. When my Hikvision was no longer seen by SADP, that did the trick.
