[HELP] hikvision camera detected by sadp tool but cant activate.

Hi! I have a problem with my hikvision cameras, they're are detected by the SADP Tool and they are currently inactive (default ip: 192.168.1.64) but when I put default IP to the browser to activate the camera, it shows Request timed out. i try to ping the ip of the camera and it also shows "request timed out". please help.

I think this is the hardware and firmware of the camera no good collocation, some browsers will show a 404 error, some browsers do not display, you can try to use English IVMS - 4200 to add the camera and set it up.

Try and change ip again to like 192.168.1.151 and make sure you hit save, then double click on the ip right in sadp then make sure no pop ups you miss like install webcomponents as you will need to do and remember with changes on many IE browsers like chrome you can't use webcomponents (wont't let you then you should at least see load page.
