Hi guys, I've been looking in the WIKI pages but I don't see my driver version listed for memory leak. I have 12 cameras 2MP each
I7-6700 3.4GHz 16 GB of Ram windows 10.

I have direct to disk on all cameras.
Intel HD hardware acceleration Yes(H.2.64)
Running as a service
Have all cameras set to 15FPS with Iframe to match
BI is installed on my C drive with new folder and stored folder on my D drive
All cameras record 24 x 7 with 3 setup for motion alerts
I think I have all the optimizations in place as suggested

When I restart the CPU will be anywhere from 34% to 48% but after awhile it goes up in the high 80's.
restarted at 9:36 Pm and now its 12:28 Am and its at 91%. Memory is at 51%. Need a little help to figure this one out. Let me know what other info you need to help track this one down. I did disable auto updates on my drivers like the memory leak wiki suggested already just in case.
I have windows 10 version 1803 GPU Engine in Task Manager says GPU 0 -Video Decode
