Help....v4.0 first time user

Hi. Finally paid & downloaded v4.0. Installed on fresh install of Win7 64bit fully updated. Errors out when starting app.

Already installed MS C+++ Redis. & 4.0 .NET Framework.

Does this need Win8.1 ir higher?

No it does not. Have you fully updated your windows 7 install with all service packs?
What errors are you getting?

For some reason the link's procedure didn't work. This was what I always did anytime I upgraded my BI dedicated PC.

It's all good. I just reconfigured everything. Thanks for all your help!!!
