Help with dahua camera sound distortion

Hello,

I tried searching for this topic but couldn't find anything.

I have the following cameras:
4MP starlight 2.8mm IPC-T5442TM-AS
2MP starlight IPC-T3241T-ZAS

I'm using the DMSS app on my iphone and the sound is very faint and then it gets louder if there's a car rolling by. Is there something I have to program or is it just the DMSS app?

Looks like I have to do that on the Dahua NVR itself. Doesn't give me the option on the DMSS mobile app.

so i disabled the noise filter, how it is now even louder with the static gargling sound.

Lower the mic volume

In DMSS App. Go to "Me" then settings, adjust NR setting to No NR.
