I recently purchased a Hikvision ds-7216huhi-f2/n DVR. I've got everything working but the web interface for remotely accessing the device. When I try to login, it tells me that I have the wrong username/password. I am using the same password for the device's admin account. I have tried making another user account on the device, and using that password and username, and it still does not work. I have tried using my Hik-Connect username and password, which does not work either.
To clarify, the admin password works on the device but not the web login. Hik-Connect works just fine, and I can connect with the android app. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks for any help you can provide.
