I have Hik's iVMS 4200 2.8.2.2 connected to my Hik 7616NI-E2 NVR, it displays all my Hik cameras with no issues in the main view, but does not display my one non-Hik PTZ camera. This camera is working normally and is displayed on the NVR console with no issue. In iVMS it shows as "Reconnecting.Error HCNetSDK.dll code camera is disabled or not connected". Is this a known bug or is something else going on?
Edit: what makes this more interesting is the non-Hik camera appears with no issue if I go into single cam view in the main zone. When I go back to 16 cam view, it does not show the video and gives me the error listed above.
