A few days ago my KingCam IP camera arrived. It cam with an IPCAM-100 program setting the camera.
I tried to know as much as possible about the camera.
Everything was fine until I did a "Set Default" in the "System Setting" and "System Operation".
The process began to work until it reached the 100%, but the red banner told that I have to wait to the end of this process. After 10 minutes I gave up waiting and I switched off the power of the Camera.
After a few minutes I switched on, but there was no more IP for the camera and I've lost everything.
I don't know how, but after a half hour the camera worked again.
Everything is working now except the alarm function. There is no grid in the "Alarm Setting" part and no alarm signal at all.
What is your opinion? Should I let it work without alarm function - because not so important - or have you any idea how to repair it.
The other problem, because I tried to do a "Set Default" again and the same problem occurred (the process is stacked).
