Hi, I am from the Netherlands and I have just registered after finding a great solution, on this forum, to an issue I was having (life saver as I thought I was going mad) with sending email, via a gmail smtp server, from a Hikvision camera (DS-2CD2045-I). That has worked fine for one night. Found more than 35 mails waiting for me the next morning with 3 attachments. However the emails have stopped again.
So I have the camera up and running. Both on the Lan and via the Internet with HiDDNS.
The email-test itself is successful and I receive the test email.
I am receiving Notifications for line-crossing-events and motion detection in a region, via the ivms-4500 iphone app, but suddenly not receiving any email anymore.
The Linkage action is set to send email and notify.
What am I missing?
I would love to add some screenshots of my settings but the interface has decided that everything is in Dutch as I am in the Netherlands. While I would prefer english.
Other thing I seem to have lost is the green overlays showing the movement in any regions I defined.
Looking forward to working with you guys.
