Hickvision 2232 not working.

I cannot connect to my 2232 anymore. Even the Hickvision tools won't find it.

I have tried plugging it in directly to the POE switch using a different port. All my other cams are working fine.

How do I reset it without a reset button?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried powering it from a standard 12 Volt power adapter?
