Hik-Connect mobile: some camera's offline (same NVR)

Hey all!

I'm hoping some/one of you have encountered this before, because it's a first for me.

This is a brand new installation, one NVR (DS-7608NI-K1/8P) with 5 camera's. Everything seems to be humming along just fine, but using the Hik-Connect app, on Android or iPhone, only cam1 is visible, the rest appear offline.
It does work in iVMS-4200 on Windows, using the Hik-Connect service, from outside the LAN though (occasional stream errors, but video and streaming works). Accessing through IE on the LAN works fine as well.

I have no idea why the Hik-Connect on smartphones would only show 1 cam. Maybe I should factory reset everything and start over?
Anyone has any idea would could cause this behavior?

Did you ever figure out this issue? I am experiencing the same thing on my NVR I just installed

As a matter of fact I did: firmware update. After that things worked perfectly fine.
