I'm not a huge fan of Hik-connect but I do like the push notifications I receive almost instantly from events. A few weeks ago, when I got the push notification, it told me specifically which camera was triggered. Something along the lines of "Intrusion Detection From Front Door". Something changed recently and I don't know if it was something I did or what but it is only saying "From NVR" and its not longer including the screenshot in the notification when I open the app.
As of recently, it is only showing "From NVR" and a Bell icon for the image. It used to show an image from the event as well as specifically which camera it was. When I get the push notifications on my iPhone or Watch now, I have no idea which camera was triggered until I go into the app, look at the notifications, and then playback the video.
Can anyone think of a setting I might have changed that caused this? It was working just fine :/
