Currently using Hik-Connect remotely to manage my intercom system. But I’m facing some issues on the app side. When someone presses the call button I’m able to pick up the call but the video and audio seems to be very choppy and distorted. But onsite I’m able to hear perfectly fine locally.
Tried to do a power reset but nothing worked.
The video and audio on the app is still choppy and distorted. Meanwhile, locally
