HIK Vision DS-7200 - Email Picture issue

Hi

Very new to home security cameras... I've just had a HIK Vision DS-7200 set up and it works a treat. Have now installed the IVMS-4200 software on my computer and set up the email alerts with picture when motion is detected. Its working fine on Camera 1, it sends me a mail entitled "Embedded net DVR:Motion Detected on Channel A"1 with a picture in the email body , but on camera 2 , I just get an email stating motion detection alarm start. In the body of the email it gives me the date and time of the alarm and the device details but no picture. I've tried to copy over the same settings as per Camera 1 , but nothing seems to make a difference.

Any ideas please?

Sounds like your "linkage" method isn't properly set.

Enable Motion detection on camera 2
Link to "Send Email"
Then assure proper trigger channel is set to match channel number currently setting

Ok, so the link to send email was set on both cameras. Not sure what you mean by the matching the trigger channels to the channel numbers, Can you explain a bit more please? I've attached a copy of my settings if that helps
