Wasn't sure where to post this. I have a hikvision doorbell cam .I have added it to my account it works fine .I get push notifications and can talk . I'm on Android . I then had my wife setup an account with the app on her iPhone. I then shared cam to her .Full permissions . She can see video and use the two way audio but doesn't seem to get push notifications when the door bell is rung.
For a test I did log into the app on her phone and push works fine.
