Hi All,

I have two I cameras from Hikvision, 2132F-IS and a 2532F-IS. Both cameras are set to 3mp 1500 res, but the 2532F-IS is set to continuous recording on a Hikvision 7208HGHI-SH/A Turbo DVR, and the 2132F-IS recording on PIR alarm input. All is well until the alarm is triggered and the resolution of the 2132F-IS drops to 1080. This behaviour does not happen on the 2532F-IS, presumably as it is recording continuously.

Anyone else experience this?

Thanks

See you if you happen to have 'capture mode' enabled in the cam's UI / confiuration / image tab?

Correction - both cameras are set to continuous recording. The 2132F has an alarm input that triggers the recording for the SAME camera, whereas the 2532F-IS actually triggers recording for a different camera. Maybe this has something to do with it.

Have you checked your streams config?
You can actually have a different resolution/settings for continuous recording, and event recording.
