Hikvision Activation nightmare

Hi all
I had a pretty sweet set up before with multiple hiks 4mp and BI.
Moved home and cant get them working.
The IP has changed from a 192.168.0.**
to a 192.168.1.**
and the camera appears on Sadp then disappears. times out etc.
I changed the IP of my network back to 192.168.0.**
still same.
reset the hik by hard reset and 192.168.1.64 appears briefly then disappears.
Can some legend on here please help my despair?

Bump, disregard. it was a wrong 12v I was using. not getting the correct power. I hope this helps another in the future when they use the first 12v they find that fits the camera!
