i have a 3 hikvision ds-2cd2032f cameras and just moved and am trying to get them all reset and add a nvr. i reset one camera and have gone through the set up and video doesnt show up in the window it just says download plug-in. i have downloaded and installed it 3 times on more then one different browser and still get no picture

i just tried it firefox and it said no plug-in detected

use IE11 or palemoon 32 browser.
On IE make sure that active-x is enables
ON IE enable plugins

Only IE or palemoon... no other browser on a PC... not sure about MAC

i opened it on blue iris and it said no signal even though it shows up in sadp

Are all cameras plugged in. Start with only one camera plugged in.
Are you using an NVR or bi ?
What is the bi PC plugged into, switch or router ?
What is the camera plugged into switch or router ?
What is the IP of the camera ?
What is the IP of the bi PCwhat is IP of router ?

camera is plugged into poe injector with cat5 and then into netgear wifi with cat5

Did you use BI find/inspect to add it? If not do so.
Are you certain you have entered the correct user/password in BI.

Is the cams IP address on the same sub net as the rest of your network.
