Hikvision cameras not recording more than a week of footage

Hi guys,

My hikvision cameras don't seem to record more than 7 days of footage, regardless of image settings. I'm using 5 x DS2CD2342WD-1 recording to a 4 tb hard drive in a DS7608NI-E28P. I did play around with image quality but have no recording schedules set (that I can find). Based on file size per day (shown for each camera in the settings) it should be recording about 3 weeks.

Any ideas?

What's the bitrate setting for the cameras?
Multiply that up and see if it matches the size per day that's shown.
